Gemma: 12 Week Natural Fertility Plan. Pregant after 4/5 sessions, high BMI/PCOS/ Depression
I can’t believe I am actually pregnant. After years of trying and being messed around by the medical routes I decided to take control of it myself and go see Katharine. She was recommended to me by a friend. I got so much more the what I was expecting from the sessions and it has made me make decisions in all parts of my life. The treatment sessions are amazing and you can start feeling different immediately. I would recommend anyone thinking of getting pregnant to go see Katharine. I struggled for years and my bmi was not ok for treatment and my depression and pcos all made me feel hopeless. I've only had 4 of my intensive sessions and started with her about 8 weeks ago!

I would highly recommend anyone to spend some time with Katharine. I did an intense full day after months of struggling to have a baby and enjoyed every minute. I had started to lose hope and was looking for someone to point me in the right direction. Just a few hours with Katharine was so powerful, the time flew by and I left with so many new ideas. Most importantly I left with a reignited hope and excitement for the future. She was worth every penny and I only wish I had a bottomless wallet to be able to see her more!
Quick update from my side, I saw my gynaecologist in June and they have advised I need to get my BMI to below 30 before they will give me any more treatment. I need to lose three stone to get to this target and am already a stone down. It’s been great motivation and I’m hopeful that I won’t need the treatment and the weight loss will be enough to get my ovaries going again. We are both still taking our supplements every day and I’m focusing on being kinder to myself.

I was devastated when I came to Katharine after having three miscarriages. She immediately developed a three month programme for me and I had to promise not to fall pregnant for this time. 'I was advised by the doctors that I only had 2% chance of ever having a baby even with IVF. Getting that news was the worst day of my life. I followed advise and embarked on 2 very invasive and stressful rounds of IVF. Both unsuccessful and included losing a pregnancy early on. The whole process put a lot of stress on my relationship and me. I was a mess. I started working with Katharine when I was at my lowest and felt hopeless. Very quickly she turned that around. She showed me ways to cope with the stress and emotions surrounding trying to have a baby which made me feel more positive and hopeful.
